Children’s Dental FunZone is looking for an energetic and motivated Traveling Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to support our Riverside, Santa Ana, Ontario, Fontana, and Colton locations! What You'll Do:

• Educate patients & parents on orthodontic treatment options & financial plans
• Guide patients through their treatment journey & ensure a positive experience
  
• Present treatment fees & help coordinate insurance & payment plans
• Travel between our Riverside, Santa Ana, Ontario, Fontana, and Colton offices to support all locations
• Work closely with the orthodontist & clinical team to ensure seamless care
  

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 2+ years of experience as a Treatment Coordinator in an orthodontic or dental office
🔹 Great communication & sales skills – able to build trust with kids & parents
🔹 Organized & detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
🔹 Willingness to travel between Alhambra & Eagle Rock locations
🔹 Experience with dental/ortho software (Dentrix, and OrthoBank) is a plus!

Job Type:

• Full-time. Mon-Fri 8:00 am- 5:00 pm Sat 8:00 am- 2:00 pm
• Hourly + Monthly Bonuses + Benefits
• Pay $23-$28 (Negotiable DOE)
